Dear Bob,
   I wanted to write and tell you about the results of the inspection of your work by the dealer from whom I bought my Subaru Outback. This dealer is the largest dealer in Northern California.
   I indicated to the inspector only the area of damage and did not detail the work which you performed. Following the hour-long inspection, I was told that absolutely no defects were found and that the fit and finish were of the highest quality. The inspector went to state that such high quality work is highly unusual in work done as an insurance claim.
   I might add that the fact that your work came in under the adjuster’s allowed cost pleased me and my insurance company greatly. And, finally, the fact that you personally arranged for the delivery of my car to my home in Auburn, CA saved much trouble and expense.
   Your efforts were far beyond my expectations and I thank you personally. I will certainly do so on our next visit to Sandpoint, probably next summer.

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful time going to Glacier National Park. We saw an eagle, hawks, buffalo, elk. a red fox, a wolf as well as really spectacular scenery.

   We would like to thank everybody at your autodoby shop for taking such good care of our car. I love my car and was completely devasted when my car was wrecked. I felt the there was no way that it would ever come out looking at all good again.
   My car is now beautiful! My car looks nicer than before it was wrecked. It also drives just perfect.
